The Power of Unity in Toluca, Mexico https://nickvministries.org/the-power-of-unity-in-toluca-mexico/ https://nickvministries.org/the-power-of-unity-in-toluca-mexico/#respond Fri, 14 Jun 2024 22:06:30 +0000 https://nickvministries.org/?p=31288

Unity within the body of Christ is a powerful force that enables believers to achieve extraordinary outcomes. The Bible emphasizes the importance of working together, illustrating how collective effort can yield greater results than individual endeavors.

The Body of Christ

1 Corinthians 12:12-27 describes the church as one body with many parts, each contributing uniquely to the whole. Verses 12-14 state, “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.” This metaphor reinforces the idea that every member of the church is vital, and unity in diversity strengthens the entire body.

One of the most powerful examples of unity within the body of Christ occurred this past March in Toluca, Mexico. Jesus and Nagham Henkel, Christian business owners in Toluca, played a pivotal role in this remarkable evangelism event. Jesus is a christian business owner and runs a commercial development business, one of his hotels is the Garden Inn Hilton in Toluca. Since COVID-19, once a month he and his wife have felt led to bring pastors from various churches and denominations to their hotel, offering them breakfast and inviting speakers to minister and support them. They have continued this practice, fostering unity among the churches.

Toluca MX

Nick takes photo with Nagham Henkel and other business and political leaders at the Pastor Alliances event.

When the Lord spoke to Jesus and Nagham about inviting Nick Vujicic to speak at a stadium outreach for the city of Toluca, the response was immediate and overwhelming. Due to their longstanding service to the churches, local business networks, and the city, support flowed in readily. The Governor of Toluca granted them the use of the baseball stadium for free, and the stage and production were provided. Over 74 churches with more than 700 volunteers united to make the event a reality.

The Power of Prayer

Through the power of prayer and the unified efforts of the body of Christ, the event’s reach extended far beyond expectations. The Catholic Church, along with various other groups, took to the streets and businesses to invite people. Within three weeks of opening registration, nearly 30,000 people had registered for a stadium that could only hold 17,000.

On the day of the event, volunteers arrived at 7 a.m., and attendees lined up over four hours early, all wearing team shirts that symbolized their unity. That night, Nick Vujicic preached the gospel with grace, boldness, and the fullness of the Holy Spirit. When he made the altar call, over 12,000 people gave their lives to Jesus as Lord and Savior.

They had anticipated a large number of new believers and brought 5,700 New Testaments, but this was not enough. The impact was profound, demonstrating the power of the church serving each other, coming together, and uniting as the family of God.

Until Next Time

This couple and the event in Toluca exemplifies the transformative power of unity within the body of Christ. When believers work together, guided by prayer and the Holy Spirit, they can achieve far more than they could alone. This is the essence of being the church—serving together, supporting one another, and reaching out to the world with the love of Christ.

Thank you for praying for Nick and the team as they continue through Latin America preaching the gospel and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Jesus Cares for the Orphan https://nickvministries.org/jesus-cares-for-the-orphan/ https://nickvministries.org/jesus-cares-for-the-orphan/#respond Fri, 10 May 2024 17:23:25 +0000 https://nickvministries.org/?p=30077 As we approach Mother’s Day, our hearts turn to those who have experienced the profound loss of a parent. For those without a mother’s loving embrace, this day can stir up feelings of sadness and loneliness. About 400,000 kids in the foster care system here in the US alone.

The Hard Truth

Those in the foster care system have experienced brokenness in at least one of our other Champions for the Brokenhearted categories.

  • Up to 40% of those in foster care have experienced some type of abuse within the system.
  • 20% of the prison population in the US is comprised of former foster children.
  • Over 30% of children in foster care can be classified as living in poverty.
  • 60% of children under age 5 entered foster care due to parental drug use.
  • Between 50% and 90% of child trafficking victims have had contact with Child Protective Services.
  • About 70% of youth who exit foster care as legal adults are arrested at least once by age 26.

Yet we find comfort knowing that Jesus, who was no stranger to abandonment, truly understands the pain of the orphan—and more than just understanding it, He holds the answer to redeeming and overcoming this pain.

Jesus Cares for the Orphan

Premiering on May 12th at 6pm CT, our Mother’s Day highlight “Jesus Cares for the Orphan” explores how Christ’s own experience allows Him to tenderly comfort those who have faced the ache of abandonment. Through powerful testimonies and biblical insights, we’ll unpack the depths of our Savior’s compassion and His promise to be a father to the fatherless. Nick reminds those who feel alone and unwanted that God is your ultimate Father who has a plan for you. God’s heart is to adopt each of us as his own children. In Psalm 68, verses 5 through 6 it says that he is “A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing.”

To go along with this heartfelt message, our free “Hope for the Orphan” brochure is now available. Filled with encouragement straight from the Bible, it’s a reassuring reminder that we are never truly alone, even in our darkest times. I encourage you to get a copy to share with someone who may need that lifeline of hope.

Additionally, I’m delighted to share with you an interview we had with our dear friends Josh and Rebekah Weigel. As advocates for orphan care initiatives, their insights are sure to inspire and challenge you to embrace Jesus’ heart for the fatherless—perhaps in ways you’ve never considered. And be sure to keep an eye out for their powerful new film “Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot” releasing on July 4th!

Until Next Time

In this season when loss can feel especially painful, let’s rally together as a community of compassion, awareness, and intentionality. May we embody the tenderness of our Heavenly Father as we extend His love and hope to those who have experienced the orphan’s pain. For as Jesus Himself declared, “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you” (John 14:18).

Impact Report from South America Part 1 https://nickvministries.org/impact-report-from-south-america-part-1/ https://nickvministries.org/impact-report-from-south-america-part-1/#respond Fri, 12 Apr 2024 13:40:24 +0000 https://nickvministries.org/?p=28979

Last month we had the honor of taking a South American Tour with the Gospel—and the results were truly spectacular! From the soaring Andes to the pulsing urban centers, our team witnessed the redemptive light of the Gospel piercing hearts across South America. Our tour of this spiritually hungry region was a powerful reminder of how thankful we are for the work God has given us, the support friends like you are offering us, and of how unstoppable the good news of Christ’s love and redemption truly is.

Throughout the tour, we experienced an average altar call response of nearly 60% in many stadiums. We felt a powerful move of God in the hearts of the people. Latin America is facing numerous challenges, including economic struggles, delinquency, crime, violence, and moral decay. Our visit was timely, and authorities, churches, and institutions affirmed that our presence brought hope and positive change to the cities and nations we visited.

South America Numbers

Colombia

On Day 1 of our trip, the media impact was significant in Bogota, Cali, and Villeta, Colombia. Nick’s interviews on El Día a Día on Claro TV, the top show in the country, along with interviews by the top ten Colombian YouTubers on their live channels simultaneously, his appearance on the Colombian Government News Channel, and his speech at the House of Representatives, all received national and international media coverage. By the end of Day 1, much of Colombia was aware that Nick was visiting the nation to deliver a message of hope.

Meeting with Secretary of Government – Bogota, Colombia

Conversation with YouTubers about God and Depression – Bogota, Colombia

Conversation with Senators, Parliamentarians, university presidents – Bogota, Colombia

Villeta, Colombia, was a highlight as 99% of the 8,000 attendees at Villeta Stadium made decisions for Jesus, totaling over 7,900 people confessing Jesus as Lord and Savior. The stadium overflowed, and people even gathered at nearby plazas. Testimonies revealed that every television in local town square establishments was tuned in, with people watching the gospel presentation. One witness remarked, “It was a miracle; it looked like the World Cup was on TV, and nobody would move from around the television sets in every store front and restaurant.” Praise the Lord!

Conference at Villeta Coliseum – Villeta, Colombia

Cali saw remarkable responses, with leadership meetings, mass speeches, and significant turnout resulting in approximately 22,000 decisions for Jesus and over 32,000 attending to hear the gospel in just two days. The Host said then unfortunately they had to turn away over 10,000 people due to lack of space.

High Government Conference – Cali, Colombia

Peru

Our journey continued in Trujillo, Peru, where Nick’s speech at Plaza De Armas saw 25% of the 11,000 attendees making decisions for Jesus, impacting around 2,750 lives. National television coverage reached many homes, further spreading the message of hope and salvation. Additionally, I am pleased to share that the Government of Peru has expressed interest in inviting Nick back to speak to 220,000 university students.

Speech to 200 University’s Entrepreneurship – Trujillo, Peru

Plaza De Armas – Truillo, Peru

Until Next Time

Everywhere we went, whether speaking at universities, jammed urban churches, or makeshift shelters, the same awe-inspiring pattern emerged across Colombia and then our time in Peru. Hardened hearts were pierced by the timeless truth of the Gospel, unleashing overflowing joy and life transformation.

The numbers tell an astonishing story – over 55,000 in total attendance, with a remarkable 32,150 making first-time decisions to follow Jesus! From the packed stadiums where thousands streamed forward in repentance, to the intimate leadership gatherings, to the public plazas, God’s Spirit was undeniably at work.

By His Stripes We Are Saved https://nickvministries.org/by-his-stripes-we-are-saved/ https://nickvministries.org/by-his-stripes-we-are-saved/#respond Fri, 22 Mar 2024 07:00:00 +0000 https://nickvministries.org/?p=28054 Can you believe it? Easter is already upon us! And as this joyous celebration draws near, we want to take just a moment to share with you in reflection and gratitude for the incredible love and redemption we’ve received through Jesus Christ. This season is a special time for us to recenter our focus on God’s goodness and the hope we have in His resurrection power. Life gets busy and our attention is short, but for this moment let’s fix our attention on the beauty of Easter and its profound impact on our lives.

NOT A BUNNY, BUT A LAMB

It’s a silly yet serious reminder that Easter isn’t just about chocolate bunnies and colorful eggs—it’s about the incredible sacrifice that our God chose to make for us. The death and resurrection of Jesus, the Son of God, paved the way for our redemption, offering us forgiveness and eternal life. Take a minute to really consider that sacrifice, the depth of His love, and the freedom we have because of His victory over sin and death.

In a world full of challenges and uncertainties, Easter reminds us that there’s always hope. The empty tomb proved that our God is capable of righting even the worst wrongs, and that through His promise and His power, not even the grave has the final say over our lives. So let’s hold onto that hope tightly, knowing that God is always at work, bringing beauty from ashes and joy from sorrow.

SHARING THE GOOD NEWS

As Christians, this season is a vibrant reminder that we have the best news to share! Jesus is alive, and His love changes everything. Let’s spread the word far and wide, inviting others to experience the life-transforming power of His resurrection. Whether it’s through a simple conversation, a heartfelt prayer, or a kind gesture, let’s be bold in sharing the good news of Easter with those around us. Perhaps there’s a neighbor you’ve been praying for, or a colleague who’s been heavy on your heart—right now is a special opportunity to bring the life-saving truth of the Gospel into the conversation. We encourage you to be bold this season, and take that next step knowing that He who conquered the grave is right there beside you.

As we gather with loved ones to celebrate Easter, let’s soak in the joy of new life found in Christ. Whether it’s singing our favorite hymns, enjoying a delicious meal together, or simply basking in the beauty of God’s creation, let’s make this Easter a time of renewal and rejoicing. And hey, don’t forget to take a moment to thank God for His incredible love and the gift of salvation we have in Jesus.

UNTIL NEXT TIME

We know it’s easy to get caught up in celebrating with loved ones or simply taking advantage of a 3-day weekend. So to help keep Jesus at the center of your heart we want to offer FREE phone backgrounds to help remind you of what He’s done for YOU. Choose from 4 of our backgrounds below.

To download the background to your mobile phone, click the image and when it opens full screen in new window, tap and hold for a second, and choose to save the image when menu appears.

No matter where you are this Easter season, we pray that you’ll take time to get centered on the true reason for our celebration: Jesus Christ, our risen Savior. May His resurrection fill our hearts with joy and our lives with purpose. Happy Easter, from our hearts to yours. We’re so grateful to have you alongside us in this journey of faith.

Kenya – Witnessing The Joy of The Lord https://nickvministries.org/kenya-witnessing-the-joy-of-the-lord/ https://nickvministries.org/kenya-witnessing-the-joy-of-the-lord/#respond Sat, 09 Mar 2024 08:13:00 +0000 https://nickvministries.org/?p=27592 The year has barely begun, and yet God is already on the move! We’re thrilled to share the remarkable experiences from our recent trip to Kenya, where eyes were opened, bonds were built, and God’s provision poured out.

January 31, 2024 – Empowering Young Leaders and Spreading Hope

Upon our arrival in Kenya, we were warmly welcomed by a group of young Kenyan leaders who are doing great work to impact the country and the continent for Christ. They all consider Nick a father, mentor, and hero in the faith. It was a humbling moment, reminding us of the gift and duty God has given us to nurture the next generation in their faith journey—praise God he is already lifting up young leaders, across the world!

Later that evening, Nick addressed over 800 young adults and missionaries at the KKrew Bible Study, sharing a message centered on the Cost of Serving Jesus, and then the peace and provision found in Him (Philippians 4:19). Many of these young adults are ministering in the High Schools of Kenya and the surrounding countries through a sister organization called Kubamba. They saw 600,000 young people give their lives to Jesus just last year! As we plan for NickV Ministries future events in Africa, Kubamba will be a major part of that journey.

February 1, 2024 – Building Partnerships and Impacting Communities

Our second day was dedicated to building partnerships with the government and local ministries. We had the privilege of meeting with the First Lady of Kenya, Rachel Ruto, at the Kenya State House. She is a mighty woman of God who led the nation of Kenya, with her husband, President William Ruto, in a Solemn Assembly for repentance and prayer in February of 2023. During this prayer gathering they asked God for a 5-year drought to end and the rains to come. One month later, Kenya began a season of abundant rain leading to an unusually high harvest. Three weeks ago, she gathered thousands of Kenyans again for a time of Thanksgiving for God’s provision.

201 a

Rachel’s commitment to prayer and repentance, along with her efforts in fostering national unity, left a profound impact on us. Our time together solidified our ongoing partnership with Kenya and also laid the groundwork for our upcoming East Africa Tour in 2026.

February 2, 2024 – Sharing Hope and Joy at Moi Girls School

One of the most memorable moments of our trip was our visit to Moi Girls School, a very prestigious school established in 1964. When we arrived, they were eager to remind us that Nick had visited their school in 2007. Several teachers were still there from that visit and remember him talking about his desire to have a wife. It was very enriching for them to follow Nick’s journey and see that he is now married with 4 children.

There were 2,500 staff and students in attendance for this assembly. The majority of the students are believers (which is very common in Kenyan schools), and about 5% were Muslim.

Nick’s entrance was electric—the students absolutely love him. Shortly after introductions and a beautiful acapella worship song from the students, Kubama was there to lead a time of worship and dance. The students knew every word and every dance move along with Kubamba. It was a sight to behold as they sang and danced along, embodying the fervor and passion of a generation captivated by the Gospel of Christ.

Nick delivered a beautiful message, calling everyone to live out their faith with boldness and holiness. He addressed the small Muslim population several times, encouraging them to consider Jesus and the salvation that comes only through Him. The auditorium was so packed Nick wasn’t able to have girls come forward, so instead he had them stand to receive Christ. Kubamba is helping us with the follow up and will ensure that every girl who responded receives our follow up 8-day videos.

This was one of the most electric, joy filled atmospheres we have ever experienced. The sound of worship, praise and response to Nick’s message was deafening, and Nick commented afterward that the prayers of the saints of Kenya have drawn us to this place.

February 3, 2024 – Fostering Economic Transformation and Spiritual Growth

As we concluded our time in Kenya, we engaged in meetings focused on economic empowerment and spiritual growth. Connecting with visionary leaders who share our passion for transformation was both inspiring and productive, and these discussions underscored the importance of holistic ministry—addressing both physical and spiritual needs.

One meeting was with a man who employs 240,000 people and has a God-given vision for economic transformation similar to Nick’s. Another meeting was with a man who left a successful career in business and banking in the US to start a company that now employs 30,000 farmers, and pays them roughly four times the average salary of a typical farmer.

February 4, 2024 – Spreading the Gospel Across Universities

Our journey culminated with a powerful outreach service at Mount Kenya University, where thousands gathered to hear the Gospel message of hope. The response was overwhelming, with many making decisions to follow Christ. Through media coverage and live-streaming, the impact of this event extended far beyond the auditorium, reaching hearts and homes across the nation.

Though Kenya has a high percentage of Christians, they are still dealing with elevated levels of poverty and joblessness, as well as corruption in government, false doctrines and witchcraft that continually challenge their faith—and so we are already looking forward to our 2026 East Africa tour and partnership with Kubamba to see a move of God that is long lasting!

Until Next Time

As we continue our ministry journey, we remain committed to spreading the love of Christ, transforming lives, and nations one step at a time. Join us as we press forward in faith, trusting in God’s provision and guidance—and thank you for your unwavering support and prayers. Together, we can make a difference that echoes throughout eternity.

During our recent trip to Puerto Rico, we got a front row seat to some truly encouraging developments in a truly beautiful country. From connecting with pastors to ministering in prisons and engaging with youth, each day was filled with God-given opportunities to witness the Gospel’s transformative power at work.

Day 1: Thursday, January 18th

Our journey in Puerto Rico began with a flurry of activity and anticipation. Upon our arrival at El Sendero de al Cruz Church, we were greeted by the media for interviews, giving Nick an opportunity to speak directly to the Puerto Rican public and setting the tone for the impactful days ahead. Shortly after, we shared a warm dinner with the pastor, his family, and other church leaders, commemorating the church’s remarkable 40-year anniversary.

The evening service was a momentous occasion, with roughly 1,800 attendees (predominantly church leaders and pastors) gathered to honor the milestone anniversary. There was a beautiful and unifying session of worship, followed by a heartfelt prayer by the senior pastor, and finally the well-anticipated message from Nick. He shared an inspiring challenge for the church in Puerto Rico to remain steadfast in their evangelistic efforts and to prioritize reaching the youth. Amidst uncertainty, Nick urged them to “not get caught up with what will happen next… focus on the moment.”

Day 2: Friday, January 19th

The day began with a significant meeting with the Governor of Puerto Rico and his associates. Nick was encouraged to find a genuine sense of openness to the free expression of the gospel throughout the island. Nick also proposed the idea of Puerto Rico serving as a “remnant” or launching pad for missionaries to carry the message of Jesus Christ to American churches, emphasizing the simplicity of the gospel.

Following this profound morning, Nick had the privilege of training over 1,200 government employees, equipping them with tools for effective leadership and service. In the afternoon, we visited a prison at Bayamon, “La Fortaleza,” engaging with 175 inmates who were hungry for hope. Witnessing 25 individuals surrender their lives to Jesus was yet another moment of God-given joy and affirmation of our efforts, marking the beginning of a new chapter as NickV Ministries extends its reach into all 33 prisons across Puerto Rico.

Day 3: Saturday, January 20th

On Saturday, Nick had the joy of addressing a gathering of over 1,300 youth. Their enthusiasm and receptiveness were overwhelming, with over 300 young lives committing to follow Jesus. Praise God! It was once again a testament to the power of the Gospel to transform hearts and inspire a new generation to walk in faith.

Day 4: Sunday, January 21st

Our journey culminated in a grand event at the Coca Cola Music Hall, where 4,000 people gathered to worship and hear the message of hope. With an additional audience of 3.3 million through television and radio broadcasts, the impact extended far beyond the walls of the venue. It was a fitting conclusion to our time in Puerto Rico, reaffirming our commitment to spreading the love of Christ to every corner of the world. Mark 16:15

Until Next Time

As we reflect on our fulfilling time in Puerto Rico, we couldn’t be more encouraged and confident in what God is doing this year to transform lives and communities. From pastors to prisoners, from youth to the masses, each encounter was a vibrant testament to His grace and mercy. We leave Puerto Rico with hearts full of gratitude and anticipation for the continued work ahead. Thank you for your prayers and support as we press onward in faith, trusting in God’s provision every step of the way.

Remaining in God’s Word https://nickvministries.org/remaining-in-gods-word/ Fri, 09 Feb 2024 13:51:59 +0000 https://nickvministries.org/?p=26763 As we step further into this year, we find ourselves gaining speed with our to-do lists and replacing our time in the word with time in our calendars. Maybe you’ve lost steam or are about to reach those harder books in your bible reading plan. Whatever the reason you may be tempted to put God’s word aside, we want to encourage you not to pencil God in at the bottom of your to-do lists.

This oldie but goodie is a great reminder of why we need to remain in God’s word:

To inspire you to get back to your reading plan we’ve created a FREE print out of one of the most beloved passages in the bible, Psalm 23. This timeless passage is one we all should keep close to our hearts, reminding us of the direction, purpose, and solace that is found in the ever-present embrace of our Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

Psalm

We are the sheep

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”

(Psalm 23:1)

Imagine the vastness of a serene pasture, and in the midst of it stands the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, watching over His flock with unwavering love and compassion. In the ministry of Life Without Limbs, we are reminded that no matter what our circumstances may be, our Shepherd provides abundantly for our every need. In our weakness, His strength shines through, and in our lack, His provision overflows. Just as a shepherd guides his sheep to green pastures, our Savior leads us to a place of spiritual nourishment and sustenance, ensuring that we lack nothing in His presence.

“He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.”

(Psalm 23:2)

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it’s easy to become entangled in the chaos around us. However, our Shepherd invites us to a place of rest and peace, where the soul finds solace and the heart discovers tranquility. Just as sheep find rest in lush, green pastures, we, too, can find rest in the arms of our Savior. Beside still waters, He leads us, providing a sanctuary for our weary hearts to be refreshed and renewed.

“He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”

(Psalm 23:3)

Our Shepherd not only tends to our physical needs but also restores our souls. In the journey we’re sharing here at Life Without Limbs, we witness the transformative power of Jesus, leading us on paths of righteousness. As we surrender to His guidance, we discover purpose and meaning, knowing that every step we take is under the loving gaze of our Shepherd. His name is glorified in our lives as we follow the righteous path He lays before us.

Even in the valleys

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

(Psalm 23:4)

Life is fraught with challenges, and the journey may at times lead us through valleys of darkness. Yet, fear not, for our Shepherd walks alongside us. In every year and every season, we can find comfort in the knowledge that His presence surpasses any trouble this world may bring. His rod protects us, and His staff gently guides us, offering reassurance that we are not alone in the shadowy valleys of life.

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.”

(Psalm 23:5)

In the face of adversity, our Shepherd prepares a feast for us, demonstrating His abundant grace and mercy. Even in the presence of our enemies, He lavishes us with blessings that overflow. The oil of His anointing brings healing and strength, enabling us to face opposition with unwavering faith and courage.

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

(Psalm 23:6)

As we reflect on these comforting words, let us carry them in our hearts all throughout the year, and in every aspect of life, let us trust in the unwavering goodness and mercy of our Shepherd. May His presence guide us, His love sustain us, and His promise of eternal dwelling bring hope to our souls.

Until next time

We ended 2023 with a multi-day evangelical outreach in Mexico. The staff who were in attendance couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed and grateful for what God did during the trip through Nick and the ministry.

On Saturday, Nick preached at a stadium of over 10,000 attendees. The federal authorities had to close the doors to prevent overcrowding. They reported cars being 1-2 kilometers down the street trying to get in. This event was also televised by Televisa – the largest TV network in Mexico – across 5 states and reaching 1.3 million homes (possibly 5 million people!)

At that event, 2,000 people gave their lives to Jesus!

We also had the opportunity to visit a poor area and in collaboration with local authorities, we closed down the main street and thousands came for a “Life Festival”. We provided FREE carnival rides, food, face painting as well as gave away free toys for Christmas. Seeing Nick’s kids pass out toys to the local children was so heartwarming. There was a moment when Nick’s oldest son cried and hugged Nick as he said, “this was so special. The smiles on those kids’ faces is something I’ll never forget. Thank you, daddy for bringing us and doing this.”

The night of December 11th Nick had the opportunity to meet with 250 church leaders who gave their blessing to support the ministry to reach 340 million people with the Gospel next month through our upcoming Latin America outreach.

Starting Off Stronger

At the turn of the new year we hit the ground running with the first country in our Latin America Tour, Puerto Rico. And while Nick has preached the gospel in this location before, it was the first time our Prison Ministry was international!

The Prison Event at Bayamon was a huge success. 175 inmates in attendance and over 40 administrators present including the Director of Corrections in Puerto Rico. Nick gave an altar call in the prison and there were 13 men who gave their life to Jesus. The door is now open to all prisons in Puerto Rico!

Until Next Time

While there is so much more from Puerto Rico we want to highlight, we will have to keep you in suspense while we gather the remaining stories. We know none of this is possible without God’s favor and your support and prayers. We can’t wait to share more praise reports with you soon!

As we step into a new year, we’re thrilled to share the exciting journey that lies ahead. Our heart for this new year is rooted in John 4:35, “Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.” As Jesus reminded His disciples, there’s no time to waste – the fields are ready, our opportunity is here!

This Year’s Initiatives

Live Events: In 2024, our live events will transcend borders as we embark on a five-leg Latin America Tour, passionately sharing the Gospel and reaching the brokenhearted across diverse cultures and lands. Simultaneously, we’re laying the groundwork for a strategic mission to Africa, starting with a special speaking engagement in Kenya.

Big Jesus Tent Ministry: Building on the success of our Tent Outreach in Allen, TX, the Big Jesus Tent will now weave through the highways and byways of inner-city Dallas, embodying the spirit of Matthew 22:9 – reaching those in the nooks and crannies of society. If you weren’t able to join in for our last event, you’ll definitely want to plan on being at this momentous revival experience!

Prison Ministry: Expanding our reach to those who are incarcerated, the Prison Ministry is breaking language barriers with a Spanish translation, marking the commencement of our Latin America mission, with Puerto Rico as the first stop set in January. Praise God for the bars He’s bending to reach new lives with the Gospel!

Student Ministry: If you have children or work with kids, you know just how impactful social media can be in their lives. And in this digital age, our Student Ministry continues its quest to connect with global youth through burgeoning social media platforms, spreading the message of hope and grace.

Caregiver Training: Introducing a new dimension to our Prayer Ministry, we’re launching Caregiver Training. This initiative empowers you to provide godly counsel and tangible support to the brokenhearted, extending our reach to those in need.

Until Next Time

As we usher in the new year, remember Jesus’ words about the urgency of the harvest. The world may seem bleak, daunting, or even out of reach—but in Him, we find hope, joy, and freedom. Let’s seize every opportunity to share the love of Christ with a world hungry for salvation, and make the most of every day we’re given in 2024!
